National Forum of Wood Energy – Italy

AIEL and Progetto Fuoco, together with the Verona trade fair organization, are organizing a conference to bring together the supply chain, establish a dialogue with institutions, and launch the 2026 edition of the biennial exhibition dedicated to wood biomass heating.

The biomass sector is rapidly evolving to meet the challenges of the energy transition and decarbonization. In 2025, wood energy in particular will continue to play a key role in the transition towards a sustainable future.

More than ever, the forestry-wood-energy supply chain is emphasizing its contribution to the country’s energy security. To highlight this, all industry stakeholders will be gathering at the National Wood Energy Forum, scheduled for Friday, March 28, from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, at the Verdi Auditorium in the Veronafiere Congress Center.
